You could say that Arbor Mortgage was created as a small company, and designed to stay that way.  Where other large company's will process as many as 150 loans a month - Arbor Mortgage may only do 7 a month. And since I am not paying for a large staff, or the additional overhead associated with a large company - the savings are passed on to you !
